Dining Room & Service Support Keep floors, chairs, and service areas clean and presentable. Carry food trays to and from kitchen when servers need support. Help servers by delivering bread, water, or condiments. Respond promptly when guests need extra napkins, cutlery, or high chairs. Back of House Support Bring dirty dishes and glassware to dishwashing area. Sort and organize dishes, utensils, and glassware properly for dishwashers. Restock service stations with napkins, utensils, water pitchers, and condiments. Teamwork & Hospitality Work closely with servers and hosts to ensure smooth service. Anticipate guest needs and act proactively (quietly and efficiently). Be attentive but not intrusive; move quickly and professionally. End of Shift Duties Reset dining room for next service (tables, chairs, floors, service stations). Restock supplies: napkins, utensils, condiments, water pitchers. Dispose of trash, recyclables, and linens in designated areas.
