Devil’s Teeth bakery is seeking PT evening additions to our band of bakers! We’re a small, high volume neighborhood bakery just off the beach in San Francisco's Sunset district. Known for our breakfast sandwiches, our seasonally rotating menu includes sourdough, biscuits, cinnamon rolls, quiches, muffins, cookies, cakes, scones, and dog treats (a favorite with neighborhood pups). We’re looking for motivated and creative folks who love to bake and are ready to learn to join our tight-knit crew. Duties include but aren’t limited to: - Mixing sourdough & cinnamon roll doughs - Primary bake (cakes, quickbreads, muffins, scones, cookies, lemon bars, brownies, etc) - Prepping doughs, batters, & veggies as needed - Dough lamination/pastry work - Decorating (icing cookies, frosting cakes, glazing scones) - End of shift clean-up Requirements: - CA Food Handlers certificate within 30 days of start - Knowledge and of practice safe sanitation - Proof of identity and citizenship/work status - Ability to work cleanly and efficiently, multitask, and complete tasks in a timely manner - Familiarity with reading recipes and using basic kitchen tools, such as kitchen scales, rolling pins, and measuring cups/spoons - Ability to stand/walk for 8 hours; reach (above head) and bend (below knees) to access shelves in tight spaces; and lift 50lbs multiple times per shift - Verbal & written English proficiency - Available to work evenings (5pm - 1:30am), including weekends and some holidays

Kitchen Manager / Sous Chef for Latin Cuisine -Napa The Candidate must be well versed in classic and modern Spanish cuisine with a deep appreciation of Latin American cuisine and be a fishmonger at heart. Our restaurants are extremely high-volume and equipped with small but very efficient kitchens. The right candidate must have a talent developing BOH teams, following and developing protocols for effective SOP. An ability to implement menus with an acute understanding of food and labor costs. There will be a focus on the structure of the kitchen crew, training and cultivating a team environment.
