Job Summary: We are seeking skilled and detail-oriented Drone Security Pilots to join our team at Unmanned Safety Solutions (USS). The ideal candidates will be responsible for operating unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) to conduct surveillance, provide overwatch, and ensure the safety and security of designated areas at all times. These services will be 24x7, so multiple shifts will be available. Key Responsibilities: Operate drones for surveillance and data collection missions. Monitor real-time video feeds, ensure data accuracy and provide real-time communication to customers and/or local police as procedures dictate. Plan and execute flight paths in compliance with aviation regulations. Conduct pre-flight and post-flight inspections to ensure drone functionality and safety. Maintain accurate logs of flights, incidents, and maintenance. Collaborate with team members, partner teams, and analysts to interpret data and provide actionable insights. Stay updated with the latest drone technology and industry best practices. Qualifications: Proven experience in operating drones, preferably in a surveillance or security context. Previous military drone overwatch experience is a plus. Familiarity with aviation regulations and airspace management. Strong technical skills in using drone software and data analysis tools. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to dynamic situations with purpose. Valid drone pilot license (Part 107 or equivalent) is required, but training can be provided to candidates. Benefits: Competitive hourly rate.
