Description: We are looking for a reliable gardener to provide consistent care and attention to the plants at our property in Elk Grove, CA. This includes both our existing landscaping and the development of a small educational farm project. The role focuses on plant health, growth, and upkeep — ensuring everything thrives on a daily and seasonal basis. Responsibilities: • Watering, pruning, weeding, and overall plant care. • Monitoring soil, irrigation, and plant health. • Identifying and addressing pests, diseases, or growth issues. • Assisting with planting, transplanting, and seasonal rotations. • Keeping garden and farm areas organized and presentable. What We’re Looking For: • Proven gardening or farming experience (green thumb a must). • Knowledge of local plants, vegetables, fruits, and herbs. • Reliable, consistent, and detail-oriented. • Comfortable working outdoors and physically active. • Must be able to do heavy lifting (rocks, dirt, and farm supplies). • Bonus: experience with small-scale farm or urban agriculture.
