Prepare and manage sales quotes, estimates, and special orders, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up. Accurately enter and process sales orders and transactions using our POS system. Handle and resolve customer issues, such as order discrepancies or product concerns, with a professional and friendly demeanor. Maintain and update customer records and interactions within our database. Coordinate with the production and shipping departments to ensure orders are fulfilled and delivered correctly. Maintain a high level of product knowledge by staying informed on new offerings and industry standards. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent is required; prior experience in customer service, sales, or the construction/building materials industry is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong phone etiquette. Proven ability to build rapport with clients and maintain professional relationships.
