(We work with wood not metal we are willing to train but some sort of 3d modeling software experience is a must) Cnc Programmer Job Summary Our manufacturing company is seeking a CNC router Programmer with experience programming 3- and 5-axis CNC mills. You will develop new CNC programs for production runs or modify existing programs for different machines. During the manufacturing process, you will perform quality checks with the machine operator to ensure the program is producing parts according to specifications, making manual adjustments if necessary. You will also work with the engineers to look for product modifications that might reduce the amount of material or fabrication time. Although no formal education is required, applicants should be familiar with the computer-aided design programs like Mastercam, SketchUp, Fusion 360, solidworks, Maestro, Woodwop, Biesse, Homag SCM Routech, Onsrud, Komo, Thermwood or other 3d modeling software Cnc Programmer Duties and Responsibilities Develop CNC programs for production runs Analyze drawings to determine dimensions and to choose cutting tools, machine speeds, and feed rates Modify existing programs for different machines Maintain tooling database Make manual program adjustments as necessary Troubleshoot issues during the manufacturing process Cnc Programmer Requirements and Qualifications High school diploma or GED certificate Completion of a technical or associate degree program a plus Experience programming 3- and 5-axis CNC mills Basic math skills Wood working, custom Millwork cabinet shop experience is a plus Polish, Russian, Ukrainian or Spanish is plus

Safety Specialist - part time
We currently seeking a Safety Specialist within our Building Engineering division for various construction and civil projects throughout New York State. Our LaBella safety team provides safety management services and training to clients for all industries and markets. This position would report to our Latham, NY safety manager. This safety position is highly dynamic and requires long term travel assignments. The successful candidate will have the ability to work with our client's management team, safety staff and labor to assure on-site safety compliance. The position will be located on one of our client's project sites and have the ability to guide, lead and provide corrective actions, as needed. This will be a part time role. We are currently hiring a Mechanical Engineer in our Building Engineering Division at our Syracuse, NY office. The Building Engineering Division at LaBella provides complete building engineering services including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and structural engineering. Services range from feasibility studies and analysis through project design and construction. Our engineers are well versed in new construction, renovations, additions, analysis, special structures, and design/build projects for a variety of clients. The Mechanical Engineer will work with engineers as part of a project team to provide HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection designs, studies and technical support as required to fulfill project requirements. Typical projects will involve field work, design, and construction administration services. A successful candidate will be able to work well in a team to develop concepts, strategies, designs, drawings, specifications and reports for Building and Renovation projects.
