We are looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer Target Total Compensation: $300,000 - $325,000, including a fixed annual salary of $200,000 - $225,000, employee equity grant, and world-class benefits. As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, you are someone who has significant expertise in both machine learning and software engineering. You will be working with our engineering and product teams to design, build and productionise proprietary machine learning models to solve different business challenges including smart bidding, budget pacing, lookalike modelling, and more. What You’ll Do Build and productionise machine learning models including data preparation/processing pipelines, machine learning orchestrations, improvements of services performance and reliability and etc. Contribute and maintain the high quality of the code base with tests that provide a high level of functional coverage as well as non-functional aspects with load testing, unit testing, integration testing, etc. Collaborate closely with product managers and other engineers to understand business priorities, frame machine learning problems, and architect machine learning solutions. Share your knowledge by giving brown bags, tech talks, and evangelising appropriate tech and engineering best practices. Requirements About You: Masters or PhD in Machine Learning 3+ years of industry experience in building production-grade machine learning systems with all aspects of model training, tuning, deploying, serving and monitoring Good Knowledge in AWS, Kubeflow (or similar), Tensorflow and Feature Store in a production environment. As the Maintenance Technician, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that all production equipment are safe and in proper operating condition. Additional duties will be to perform all tasks following the cGMP requirements. Structural Civil Engineer and Architect needed to draw up plan for a residential renovation. Two story home 1324 sqft. Need Plans to be drawn up to get a renovation permit approve by the city of LA. Project is in 90042 highland park area. Pay: Architect plan $3000 Structural Engineer to do all the calculation and stamp the architect plan $4000 Must have a valid P.E. (Professional Engineer) stamp or have access to one from an associate. Experience reviewing and stamping residential remodel plans for permit submission. Ability to work with architect’s plans and check them for structural integrity and code compliance. Ability to provide timely revisions if needed, so we can submit plans without delays. Have experience working in LA building codes.

General expectation is that this role maintains and preserves the life of all common area equipment, inclusive of both the interior and exterior of the building and complies with all City, County, State, OSHA, and all governmental agency mandates.  WHAT YOU'LL DO  Engineering management of a residential facility; including common areas, amenity space and parking garage. Provide quarterly cost analysis and cost projections for all utilities, chilled water, electrical, gas and on all maintenance items needed, filters, belts, valves, and maintenance equipment. Efficiency analysis and energy savings audits done on a quarterly basis. Create, execute, and maintain an automated preventative maintenance program to include all components of the building.  Implement and maintain all required maintenance SOPs as directed by GM and VP of Risk Management.  Maintain any “green energy” qualifications of the building.  Coordinate, maintain, and keep current all building component inspections.  Supervises full maintenance team and any other departments as assigned by the GM.  Develops training to ensure excellence in job performance.  Building and maintaining strong relationships with outside vendors. Coordinate contracted services and repairs, alongside the GM.  Keeps complete and accurate records of all maintenance requests submitted, commented on, and completed. Must be available for “on-call” after hours, weekends, and holidays and available for emergencies, as needed.  Ensures all safety precautions and procedures are followed while performing assigned duties.   Requirements EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE  High school diploma or equivalent WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED  A minimum of 4 years of engineering experience, preferably in high-rise facilities. Should have a specific knowledge of all high-rise electrical, plumbing, stair pressurization, elevators, and mechanical systems.  Safety systems knowledge Elevator systems knowledge Fire pump and safety system knowledge Trash room / compactor knowledge Some experience with Building Link and Vantaca building management software.  An understanding that condo construction is not complete and will take place over the next several months.  This requires a need to deal with partial occupancy issues that impacts how the building systems are managed and operated.
