We are looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer Target Total Compensation: $300,000 - $325,000, including a fixed annual salary of $200,000 - $225,000, employee equity grant, and world-class benefits. As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, you are someone who has significant expertise in both machine learning and software engineering. You will be working with our engineering and product teams to design, build and productionise proprietary machine learning models to solve different business challenges including smart bidding, budget pacing, lookalike modelling, and more. What You’ll Do Build and productionise machine learning models including data preparation/processing pipelines, machine learning orchestrations, improvements of services performance and reliability and etc. Contribute and maintain the high quality of the code base with tests that provide a high level of functional coverage as well as non-functional aspects with load testing, unit testing, integration testing, etc. Collaborate closely with product managers and other engineers to understand business priorities, frame machine learning problems, and architect machine learning solutions. Share your knowledge by giving brown bags, tech talks, and evangelising appropriate tech and engineering best practices. Requirements About You: Masters or PhD in Machine Learning 3+ years of industry experience in building production-grade machine learning systems with all aspects of model training, tuning, deploying, serving and monitoring Good Knowledge in AWS, Kubeflow (or similar), Tensorflow and Feature Store in a production environment. We are looking for 2 experienced full-time Workshop Carpenters to join our Make x Affect team at our Fabrication Facility located in Yonkers. This role will support projects from start to finish, ensuring consistency, quality, and care through all phases of prep, transport, and on-site installation. Key Responsibilities: Review and build from technical drawings and report back to the Director of Millwork with questions, comments, concerns. Manages, tracks, and plans tasks according to the production schedule. Execute fabrication tasks on schedule, maintaining high standards of quality and craftsmanship. Operate and maintain shop machinery, equipment, hand, and power tools safely and efficiently. Work with a range of materials including wood, sheet goods, metals, plastics, and hardware. Prepare and track tools, equipment, and materials for assigned projects. Collaborate in improvements on build methods and technical solutions. Accurately forecast and communicate task completion timelines. Support daily shop operations, including material prep, assembly, finishing, and staging. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace. Track time and assignments accurately for project reporting. Assist with the upkeep of department tools, consumables, and equipment. Participate in post-project reviews, offering feedback and improvements for future builds. Promote and maintain a safe, respectful, and collaborative working environment Qualifications & Skills: Proven experience as a carpenter, fabricator, or related workshop role, ideally in in the commercial, hospitality, and/or residential fit out market. At least 3 years of experience in the manufacturing and/or installing of high quality, bespoke millwork products. Experience with all millwork manufacturing machinery – Panel Saw, Jointer, Planer, Widebelt Sander, etc. Strong knowledge of fabrication methods, materials, joinery techniques, and finishing. Ability to read and follow technical drawings, plans, blueprints, and sketches with accuracy. Competency with shop machinery, hand tools, and power tools. Excellent craftsmanship, attention to detail, and pride in quality work. Ability to manage time effectively, meet deadlines, and prioritize multiple tasks. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Team-oriented with clear, professional communication skills. Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic. Commitment to shop safety standards and proper practices. Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team. Familiarity with AWI (Architectural Woodwork Institute) standards, local building codes, and ADA compliance regulations. Physically able to lift up to 75 pounds and work on your feet for extended periods.
