We are looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer Target Total Compensation: $300,000 - $325,000, including a fixed annual salary of $200,000 - $225,000, employee equity grant, and world-class benefits. As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, you are someone who has significant expertise in both machine learning and software engineering. You will be working with our engineering and product teams to design, build and productionise proprietary machine learning models to solve different business challenges including smart bidding, budget pacing, lookalike modelling, and more. What You’ll Do Build and productionise machine learning models including data preparation/processing pipelines, machine learning orchestrations, improvements of services performance and reliability and etc. Contribute and maintain the high quality of the code base with tests that provide a high level of functional coverage as well as non-functional aspects with load testing, unit testing, integration testing, etc. Collaborate closely with product managers and other engineers to understand business priorities, frame machine learning problems, and architect machine learning solutions. Share your knowledge by giving brown bags, tech talks, and evangelising appropriate tech and engineering best practices. Requirements About You: Masters or PhD in Machine Learning 3+ years of industry experience in building production-grade machine learning systems with all aspects of model training, tuning, deploying, serving and monitoring Good Knowledge in AWS, Kubeflow (or similar), Tensorflow and Feature Store in a production environment. As a Survey Crew Chief for LaBella, you will perform survey assignments related to topographic and boundary surveying, ALTA/ASCM land title surveys, construction staking, terrestrial LiDAR and UAV/drone, structure monitoring in support of land surveying, civil engineering, architectural and environmental projects. You will be working under the direction of Licensed Professional Surveyors. We offer the opportunity for involvement in a wide variety of surveying assignments for land surveying, civil engineering, architectural and environmental projects. This is a full-time land surveying position, performing field and office duties including but not limited to: boundary, topographic, ALTA/ASCM land title, construction staking, terrestrial LiDAR and UAV/drone surveys. This is a professional path position that provides the opportunity to earn a Professional Surveying License. Prior experience as a crew chief required. Demonstrates good verbal and written communications skills. Competent operating total stations, GPS and Data Collectors. Proficiency with the Trimble and Carlson family of surveying equipment is a plus. Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D, Trimble Business Center, Carlson and Inroads software is a plus. Ability to interpret design and construction plans. Self-motivated, self-starter with the ability to work in a team environment and independently. Maintain a current driver’s license in good standing and able to operate company owned vehicles. Willingness to work overtime as needed. Ability to travel for up to a week at a time and work in all types of weather conditions. Physical Requirements: Drive a passenger vehicle. Wear personal protective safety gear most of the day. Work in cold or hot environments. Ability to physically carry 30 to 60 pounds of equipment multiple times a day, occasionally lifting up to 75 pounds. Utilize your AutoCAD®/AutoDesk® Inventor skills and knowledge of woodworking, metal, glass and lighting to create shop drawings to be used in the construction of highly specialized casework. Entry Level applicants should have completed a course in AutoCAD® and have the ability to read construction documents. Highly organized work habits appreciated. Project Managers would possess the following Qualifications: 5+ years experience using AutoCAD® for drafting in manufacturing, industrial design, engineering or architectural woodwork; general knowledge of construction practices (CSI standards), familiarity with construction documents, talent for technical precision and the ability to analyze, adapt and innovate.
