**Heavy Equipment Operator** Ryatt Construction LLC is seeking an experienced and reliable Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team. Job description: Looking to hire a experienced senior level building maintenance technician. Experience in Maintenance of commercial and residential properties. Must have a knowledge and understanding of electrical, plumbing, basic HVAC / boilers, carpentry and painting skills. Past work experience in the trades or as a handyman would be very beneficial. Job description will be to oversee the maintenance of 2 smaller commercial buildings in the Anchorage, AK area. This will include daily walk through and necessary repairs. Maintaining mechanical and HVAC equipment and coordinating with subcontractors when necessary. The majority of the time the job will be during normal business hours, however there are times that work has to be performed at night or on the weekends. $30-32hr / DOE.
