1-2 week job for Seattle based GC Company hiring framers for Seattle and surrounding areas--- The projects we do vary in size-- custom homes/additions/ smaller apts and townhomes. We are a company that are based on these core values: - Safety - Quality - Integrity - Teamwork - Production The right candidates will: - Be punctual - Be a team player - Be a hard worker - Be eager to learn - Know how to run a nail gun and Skil saw - Know how to read a tape (you'd be surprised) - Have a good attitude and love framing We have all the tools to run the crew but having your own gun and saw etc. will definitely help. We are searching for someone that really wants to be part of a team and wants to work hard. I am willing to train someone that has minimal framing experience. We need someone who can manage common remodeling projects, including supervising a small team of intermediate and entry level employees. Starting hourly wage ($45 - $50/hr), depends on experience and tools. Reviews and raises at 90 days. Almost all our projects are in Seattle, typically on older homes. We are offering 20 - 30hrs at the moment and planning to increase to full-time with the right person. We also welcome working with independently licensed and insured 1099 operators. The ideal candidate will have thorough knowledge of the typical steps in kitchen, bath, and basement remodels and be able to complete most of them, such as demolition, framing, cabinetry, casing, weatherization, windows & doors, and siding.
