We need someone who can manage common remodeling projects, including supervising a small team of intermediate and entry level employees. Starting hourly wage ($45 - $50/hr), depends on experience and tools. Reviews and raises at 90 days. Almost all our projects are in Seattle, typically on older homes. We are offering 20 - 30hrs at the moment and planning to increase to full-time with the right person. We also welcome working with independently licensed and insured 1099 operators. The ideal candidate will have thorough knowledge of the typical steps in kitchen, bath, and basement remodels and be able to complete most of them, such as demolition, framing, cabinetry, casing, weatherization, windows & doors, and siding.
