You’ll manage multiple in-house crews, coordinate field operations, and ensure job sites are safe, efficient, and high-quality. This is a boots-on-the-ground leadership role — perfect for someone who’s ready to take ownership and grow within a company that promotes from within. This role requires extensive field experience in residential foundation repair, carpentry, and concrete forming, as well as expertise in grade beams, caissons, and seismic retrofitting. The garden tasks require you to be in very good physical condition. Experience repairing drip irrigation systems, pruning small trees and shrubs preferred.
