Lead in diagnosing problems and repairs in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, dry wall, appliances etc. Schedule, monitor and perform maintenance, and respond to work order requests from residents. Inspect buildings and grounds for safety and cleanliness, and work with outside contractors as needed. Position requires weekend and holiday work. The Laborer / Carpenter Apprentice helps with many project tasks including, but not limited to, prepping the work areas, staging supplies and tools, and assisting with framing, trimming, installing siding, windows, doors and cabinets. Cleans the work area frequently during the day and before the end of the shift. Keeps tools, supplies and equipment organized and in good repair.
