We are a local landscaping company based out of West town / Wicker Park area. We are looking for an experienced laborer to help with landscaping projects as well as weekly lawn maintenance. Pay is $20-$30 / hour depending on experience. Work will start as part-time and can easily make it to full-time if you meld with our team. Must-have Qualifications: - Must have valid drivers license. - Must be 18 - 2+ years experience with references. - Projects and work scope will vary based on jobs we have taken on. - Able to follow instructions and daily requirements and efficiently log work and information into our database via your phone.

THIS IS A 1099 ROLE If you have experience with Spray Foam or Drywall/Plaster Installer this role is for you. Responsibilities: Apply spray foam insulation to enhance energy efficiency in residential and commercial properties. Install, maintain, and repair drywall and plaster surfaces. Prepare and paint surfaces to specified colors and textures. Ensure all installations comply with local building codes, blueprint specifications, and safety regulations. Prepare and maintain installation equipment. Requirements: Previous experience in spray foam insulation, drywall installation, plastering, or painting. Ability to work in various physical environments and adhere to safety standards. Must have an SSN or ITN for tax purposes. Panel Repair Technician • Diagnose and replace defective parts on Panel units • Fully clean and prep repaired units for shipment • Palletize units securely for transportation • Unload incoming units and inspect for damage • Safely move and position heavy equipment (100+ lbs.) as needed • Operate manual and electric pallet jacks for material handling • Maintain clean and organized workspace and warehouse areas • Monitor and restock inventory to ensure adequate supply levels • Follow all safety procedures and company standards • Collaborate with team members to meet daily repair and shipping goals Requirements: • Must be able to show up on time Monday to Friday, 7am to 4pm • Great attention to detail • Enthusiastic • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Ability to lift 75+ pounds regularly. • Comfortable with power drills • Room for advancement and growth
