Qualifications & Skills: Required 5+ years experience in construction, with at least 2 years in supervisory or superintendent roles (foreman, assistant superintendent, etc.). Strong understanding of building systems, construction methods, and quality standards. Experience reading architectural / structural drawings, specifications.
