This position covers two apartment buildings, one in West Seattle with 24 units and another in Crown Hill with 9 units. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in apartment or property maintenance, be reliable, hardworking, and able to work independently. Responsibilities include responding promptly to tenant maintenance requests, ensuring the buildings and common areas are clean and well-maintained, assisting with apartment renovations and turnovers, meeting with vendors and contractors as needed, and posting notices when required. Applicants must have their own tools and reliable transportation. Compensation for this position is $2,700 per month, with housing and utilities included. We have a car rental business near the SeaTac airport. Renters can rent our cars via Turo app. For car delivery, we drive the car from the parking lot to the airport parking garage. After the trip once the guest drops off the car, we bring it back to the parking lot. This job requires cleaning, driving and communicating with the guests.
