Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 5pm-8:30pm Tuesday and Thursday 2:30pm-8pm (For this schedule is included another building located in Essex / 20 minutes away from the first location) Saturday 5pm-6:30pm Total of hours: 25 a week (3 building) Start Date: ASAP Compensation: $16.35/hour Location: Middletown, CT and one building in Essex, CT Responsibilities -Perform routine custodial duties including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors. -Maintain cleanliness in restrooms, break rooms, and common areas. -Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and properly stored. -Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs. -Respond promptly to requests for cleaning services or special projects. -Assist with floor care tasks such as buffing and waxing as needed. Requirements -Proven experience in custodial or janitorial services preferred. -Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work. -Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. -Familiarity with cleaning equipment and supplies is a plus. -Good communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
