Respond promptly to emergency maintenance calls. Ensure resident compliance with rental agreements when conducting repairs. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. REQUIREMENTS: Minimum 3 years of experience in apartment maintenance. Strong working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repair. Ability to follow directions, work independently, and manage multiple priorities. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Professional and respectful attitude toward residents and staff.
