Office is located in brooklyn (11228) flushing 11357 or Staten island 10309 Position Responsibilities will include: - 40 % customer service and order taking inculding talking to customer about new prodcuts and checkout customer - Basic troubleshooting/support of our software on our customer's computer and of our products both in-house and via remote software sessions. - repair, assembling/packing new units for sale, install and configuring software on new units and managing part inventory.
