Duties and Responsibilities Lead and strengthen strategic client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor who proactively identifies opportunities to build on existing successes and advance client objectives. Engage directly with client leadership to co-develop forward-looking strategies that align with their evolving goals, regulatory environment, and market conditions. Translate client priorities into actionable delivery plans, ensuring programs are innovative, high-quality, and impactful. Promptly address and resolve client concerns, reinforcing confidence and long-term collaboration. Ensure quality of services, contract compliance, and achievement of performance metrics, while meeting or exceeding delivery schedules for multiple concurrent projects. Secure and align staffing and resources to meet program goals, drawing from cross-functional teams or new hires as needed. Maintain financial accountability for assigned projects, ensuring adherence to budgets, revenue targets, and profitability goals. Collaborate with Business Development and other practice areas to identify and capture new opportunities in alignment with client strategies. Provide accurate forecasts and strategic insights to support corporate and division planning. Mentor and develop staff with a focus on enhancing client engagement skills, technical expertise, and innovative problem-solving. Other duties as assigned. Requirements Located in the PNW (Portland, Seattle, etc.) region. Bachelor’s degree 7+ years managing or implementing energy efficiency, demand response, or load management programs for North American utilities. 5+ years of team leadership experience with a track record of driving strong client engagement and results. 3+ years working with utilities in the Northwest, with knowledge of regional priorities, key regulatory rulings, and energy efficiency program structures. Proven ability to design and deliver innovative solutions that align with client strategic goals and improve existing program outcomes. Ability to travel up to 25% of the time. Compensation & Benefits Resource Innovations offers competitive salaries based on a candidate's skills, experience and qualifications for the position.  The compensation range for the base salary for this position is $185,000 - $220,000.  In addition to base pay, employees are eligible for a discretionary annual bonus.  The stated salary represents the expected compensation for this position.  Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as the candidate's experience, education and location.  We also offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes three weeks of paid vacation per year; paid holidays; a 401(k)-retirement plan with employer matching; health, dental and vision insurance; and other supplemental benefits.  Employment with Resource Innovations is contingent upon the successful completion of a comprehensive background check and reference check. The position of Tire Truck Operator/Auto Technician is a service driven, customer service position as there is customer contact while performing tire repairs and servicing autos. Employees are expected to provide friendly and positive communication with all customer and other employees. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Conduct on location farm/agricultural, earth mover and semi-tire repairs. Repairs will be completed through use of tire truck with crane, and chloride pump if necessary. These tasks require the use of specialty tools and hand tools for repairs. $10.00 hourly premium paid for billable hours working on Tire Truck. Perform basic care and maintenance on automobiles including changing oil, replacing, rotating and repairing tires, small engine repairs, diagnostics, brakes, checking fluid levels, and other duties as assigned. Position will require heavy lifting of 50 lbs or more with assistance from equipment or machinery. Explain automotive/diesel repair and provide great customer service Provides labor estimates and updates to service manager Completes notes and/or documentation for the repair orders Willingness to learn with hands-on training Help keep shop clean and organized All other duties as assigned.
