Position Summary We’re seeking a hands-on Junior Salesforce Developer or CRM Support Engineer to join our team and support the design, development, and ongoing enhancement of our Salesforce platform. This is an onsite role based in Henderson, NV. You’ll work closely with senior developers and cross-functional stakeholders to support the day-to-day needs of our CRM users, assist with system configuration, write Apex triggers and Java code where needed, and help integrate Salesforce with other enterprise systems. Familiarity with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce Flows is a plus. Basic understanding of REST APIs and integration best practices. Experience with source control (Git) and CI/CD tools like Copado or Gearset is a bonus. Willingness to learn Salesforce best practices and grow within the platform. Excellent problem-solving skills and a team-oriented mindset. Salesforce Admin or Developer certification is a plus, not required.
