





Hey friends! Rhythm Traders, Oregon’s only Five-Star Drum Shop is looking for a new Sales Associate to join our team! This is a part-time position (20+ hours per week) to start, with the potential for more shifts during the Holiday season. We’re looking for someone who’s not only great with people but also tech-savvy, social media smart and ready to help us keep our community connected. What You’ll Be Doing As part of the Rhythm Traders team, you’ll: Greet and assist customers with a friendly, helpful attitude. Learn about and help sell gear from top drum and percussion brands. Help manage our online and social media presence (Website, Instagram, Facebook, Reverb, newsletter, etc.) by creating posts, managing marketing campaigns, listing products for sale, and engaging with our audience. Assembly, repair, tuning, and merchandising of drum gear. Be a key part of the day-to-day business that keeps our shop growing! What We’re Looking For We’re after someone who’s: Friendly, approachable, and customer-service driven. Tech and social media savvy, you know your way around digital engagement. Comfortable multitasking between in-person sales, displays and merchandising, marketing and online communication. Experience in retail sales.
