Description

The part-time office assistant will provide administrative support to the corporate office and oversee the corporate travel program. This role is ideal for someone who values the knowledge that they'll work at least 20 hours/week, while also being open to flexibility based on workload and office activity. Essential Functions: Hold all appropriate information/knowledge in strict confidence. Manage corporate travel program, including responsibility as primary contact for Travel Agency and RTC associates. Oversee orders for business cards and corporate stationery supplies. Assist with set-up for meetings within the facility and external trade shows. Cover the front desk during Receptionist's breaks and lunch. Provide additional coverage at the front desk as needed. Secondary Duties: Assist Executives as needed. Special projects as assigned.
