Lucky Vintage is a nationally known vintage clothing brand with three retail locations in the Seattle area. Lucky specializes in true vintage Victorian - early Y2K clothing, accessories and jewelry for women and men with an emphasis on quality and design. We hold a core belief that vintage is the most sustainable and creative way to showcase one's personal style through fashion. We are currently seeking a Retail Team Member/ Content Creator to work in our Fremont shop 3 days a week (aprox 22 hours per week with opportunities for extra hours and room to grow). The Fremont shop focuses on designer vintage and is home to our online collection. Hourly wage is commensurate with experience Retail experience required; vintage and/or apparel retail experience preferred. Must be available to work Sundays. General Responsibilities Open and close the store Provide attentive, friendly customer service in person, online and at trade shows and markets Process new inventory, steam clothing, basic data entry Maintain our high standards for presentation of inventory Assist with merchandising, displays and seasonal floor changes Keep the shop floor clean, organized and tidy Theft management skills In-Store Social Media Content Development & Management Lead the strategy and execution of new TikTok account Film and edit video content for IG and TikTok, write captions and scripts and create posts; must be comfortable on camera and directing others Build & engage community on social media platforms Monitor social media trends and platform updates to ensure development of quality, high performing content Stay up to date on new and emerging trends in fashion - utilizing this information to assist with inventory selection, merchandising, customer assistance and styling Assist with E-Commerce and Marketing shoots -& styling and direction support and capturing video content Requirements: Minimum 1 year retail experience, preferably fashion retail Excellent people and customer service skills; genuinely enjoy connecting and communicating with people Acute attention to detail Time management, ability to prioritize tasks and self direct on a daily basis Good team member with an ability to give and receive constructive feedback Enthusiasm for continued learning and desire to further deepen existing knowledge of vintage and designer fashion Enjoy working alone and as part of a collaborative team Excellent written, verbal and visual communication skills Experience shooting and editing Reels, TikTok, or short-form content Familiar with camera angles, lighting, and framing (you don’t need to be a pro photographer, but you can make content look good) Comfort behind and in front of the camera Valid driver’s license & ability to travel is helpful To apply, please email your resume with a cover letter sharing why you are interested in the position and some links to or samples of previous social media content you've created including video.
