About Tuli Lodge
Tuli Lodge is a social sauna and cold plunge garden launching November 1st on the Seattle waterfront — where wellness meets community, music, and energy. Think less spa, more social.
We’re hiring our first-ever full-time team member to help run operations and lead our crew of part-time attendants. You’ll work directly with the founder + CEO, help build systems from scratch, and set the tone for what Tuli becomes.
What You’ll Do
Manage daily sauna + plunge operations (light wood-fired stove, open/close, safety, guest flow, cleaning, inventory)
Lead and schedule a team of 5–10 attendants
Greet guests, handle issues, keep the experience fun, seamless, and personal
Create structure: checklists, SOPs, team systems
Create a culture of warmth, teamwork, and accountability
Make sure everything runs smoothly
You’ll Be Great At This If You:
Have 3+ years in hospitality, retail, or service leadership
Are hyper-organized, reliable, and people-focused
Love building systems and bringing structure to chaos
Bring great energy — calm, confident, and guest-obsessed
Aren’t afraid to roll up your sleeves and lead by example
Have managed people — built schedules, trained staff, held teams accountable
Thrive in fast-paced, people-filled environments
Are detail-obsessed and proactive
Are excited to be part of a startup — where things are evolving fast and everchanging
Schedule
Expected to work 40 hours per week, including weekends (likely Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday)
Flexible to work either early mornings or late evenings
Compensation
$22–$26/hr, based on experience
Benefits
Paid sick leave (per WA law)
Paid time off after 3 months (structure in progress)
Unlimited sauna + cold plunge access ❤️🔥
Guest passes + event perks
Occasional performance bonuses as we grow
Opportunity to grow into an Operations Manager, site lead, or General Manager role
Culture & What to Expect
Fast-paced, people-first, and startup-scrappy
High standards — we care about every guest interaction, every towel, every playlist
Collaborative and creative — new ideas always welcome
Hands-on leadership — no one’s “too senior” to take out the trash
You’ll be part of a small, passionate founding team building something special for Seattle
