Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the daily upkeep, preventive maintenance, and general repairs of the building’s systems and facilities, ensuring a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment for residents. Key Responsibilities: Respond to building emergencies and participate in on-call rotation as needed. Conduct preventive maintenance tasks, including filter changes, lubrication, and minor adjustments. Maintain common areas (lobbies, hallways, amenities, parking garage, and surrounding grounds) in clean and operational condition. Provide chairs to residents when requested. Opening and closing umbrellas for guests and keeping pool furniture in order. Maintaining beach bathrooms, cleaning BBQ’s and the surrounding area. Maintaining and patrolling all grounds and areas for trash and moving dumpsters to the collection area. Maintaining the underground garage.
