***** 1 DRIVERS WANTED , CDL FOR THE BEST COMPANY IN OREGON (PORTLAND OR)
WE ARE SMALL, OREGON TRUCKING COMPANY WHO IS CHANGING THE INDUSTRY AND BRINGING BACK THE RESPECT FOR THE DRIVERS .
WE ARE LOOKING FOR 1 HONEST HUMBLE HARD WORKING DRIVER TO JOIN OUR TEAM AND GROW WITH US.
WE PAY PER MILE + Detention $25 hr after 2 hrs at the shipper /receiver, Layover pay and lots of BONUSES.
We are working with a larger carrier in need of our tractor help (DRY VAN ONLY). 75% of the time you will be doing drop and hook, routes vary but the best and most miles are from OR/WA to UT/CO or AZ and back up. States include OR,WA,AZ,CO,UT,NE,AZ with small percentage of loads going to and from CA (in order to fit in miles, and pending on your eld hours). Driver's are averaging 11-13k miles a month (LEGAL ELD HOURS, no messing around).
Time off is flexible , most drivers typically run 7-10 days on the road and back home for 3 days . We don't have set policy on time out or for time off it really depends on your work ethic . But we don't like our guys staying out there for more than 2-3weeks . But If you just want to stay out and chase the money we can do that as well. Everyone has a goal in mind of how much money they want to make.

OUR MIN REQ : HONEST , HARD WORKER , MUST BE HUMBLE PERSON , VALID CDL, MEDICAL DOT CARD, GOOD RECORD , MUST PASS DOT PHYSICAL AND DRUG TEST. MIN 4 YRS EXPERIENCE, NO MORE THAN 4 MOVING VIOLATIONS IN THE PAST 36 MONTHS AND NO MORE THAN 2 IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS. MUST BE SAFE, CLEAN , RESPONSIBLE, HAVE A GREAT ATTITUDE, EASY GOING AND FUN TO WORK WITH.
