The Position: We are looking to hire an energetic and fun-loving Soccer Coach who will lead our children in fun and educational activities while ensuring safety for all. New Coaches can work up to 20 classes a week at a rate of $20 per hour. Our Coaches use individual attention to ensure every child is successful and a non-competitive approach to ensure classes are fun with a stress-free environment. Our Coaches use positive reinforcement to encourage children to improve and celebrate achievements. Finally, our Coaches have a blast. They are open-minded and know that coaching is a continuous journey. All Coaches are open to feedback and strive to continue growing by attending regular trainings and following the Super Soccer Stars Coaching Manual. The Schedule: The majority of classes are held during school hours and on weekends. The Location: Classes are held at schools, parks, and recreational centers. Coaches are expected to travel short distances to class locations around Delaware County and surrounding areas. A Taekwondo school located in Culver City is seeking motivated instructors with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. These instructors will facilitate training in Taekwondo and other martial arts for students aged 4 and above. Provide in person and virtual implementation of learning community peer support system. Facilitate learning communities that assist participants in joining and participating in peer-to-peer support. Ensure fair and equitable access to culturally responsive support within peer-to-peer learning communities. Provide education to child care providers about shared service models and possible outcomes that could benefit the unique needs of each network of providers. Learning communities will be regional to meet the needs of all providers in those areas. Meetings could include supports to help providers meet a specific need (progress through QRIS). Determine current strengths and needs in each learning community in order to establish opportunities for services that could be shared between participating providers using relevant data and information as well as any needed assessment tools. Requirements Minimum of Associate Degree (A.A. or A.S.) in Child Development or Early Childhood Education or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Working Knowledge of Microsoft applications. This role goes beyond homework help—you’ll be a mentor, guiding him toward better habits, academic achievement, and preparation for future success. Responsibilities: • Provide daily, non-classroom instruction and homework support. • Ensure all assignments are completed accurately and on time. • Prepare the student for the SHSAT and SAT exams. • Establish academic goals and track progress with regular reports. • Offer constructive feedback and communicate with his teachers to monitor behavior and school performance. • Mentor him in good behavior, reduce screen/electronics dependency, and instill the importance of education. • Encourage discipline while supporting extracurricular interests-especially basketball, which he loves.
