I have a studio apartment available on November 1st. It has a private porch, a HUGE backyard, and a dedicated parking spot. There is an office room for your use as well (I am not calling it a bedroom because you have to go out the door of the apartment and up the stairs to get to it). Included are: trash pick up, hot water, lawn care, snow removal, washer and dryer, taxes and insurance. Not included is the electric bill. The heat is electric.
