Job Overview : We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Office Manger to ensure the smooth and efficient operation at our office. You will be the central point of contact for administrative needs, supporting staff and maintaining a positive work environment. Duties: - Oversee daily office operations, including opening correspondence, directing inquiries, etc. - Manage office supplies, ensuring stock levels are maintained and orders are placed as needed. - Coordinate vendor management, and managing office maintenance. - Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and provide administrative support to staff. - Ensure a welcoming and efficient office space for all employees and visitors. Qualifications: - Proven experience in an administrative or office management role. - Exceptional organizational and time-management skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. - Proficiency with common office software. $25/hr.- 40 hrs/week - no health/dental benefits Work Location: In person
