Collecting, rent, security deposits, and keeping track of tenant accounts. Investigating complaints and resolving conflicts. Planning and overseeing renovations, maintenance, repairs, and services. Handling clerical and administrative tasks. Apartment Manager Requirements: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good budgeting and math skills.
