Key Responsibilities: Manage daily production of pastries, doughs, fillings, and baked goods for wholesale distribution. Ensure product quality and consistency across multiple batches and accounts. Oversee kitchen staff and delegate tasks to maintain workflow and efficiency. Coordinate with management and delivery teams to meet order deadlines. Monitor inventory, place ingredient orders, and minimize waste. Maintain sanitation and food safety standards at all times. Assist in developing and testing new recipes suitable for scaling. Qualifications: Minimum 3 years professional pastry experience; wholesale or commissary production experience preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and time-management skills. Ability to work early mornings and maintain a consistent schedule. Knowledge of production scaling, food safety, and ingredient management. Experience with vegan or plant-based pastry techniques is a plus.
