We are looking to hire a math, writing and language arts, executive functioning, and/or test prep tutor to work with school-age students ages 9-18 in the North Seattle area in person at a convenient location for you. Most of our clients are located in North Seattle. You must have an undergraduate degree, a minimum of one to two years of experience teaching or tutoring children, a passion for the subject matter and teaching, and be reliable. Strong test scores or a graduate degree are an additional plus. Flexible hours are available from 3pm-9pm Monday through Friday and/or Saturday or Sunday during the school year, depending on your scheduling needs. Tutors can typically expect between two and ten hours of tutoring per week. This position would start immediately pursuant to a successful background check and references provided. We are looking for a motivated and engaged Construction Superintendent to join the Pennon Construction team in Seattle, WA to supervise a broad spectrum of project types. We are currently seeking experienced Superintendents with Shell and Core, Industrial Concrete Tilt-up, and/or Tenant Improvement backgrounds. You will be working closely with others in a team-driven environment, effectively working in partnership with your Project Manager and Project Engineer to achieve timely and quality completion of construction projects. A proven track record of honest and ethical business practices is a must - as is an enthusiastic attitude and a desire to learn.
