Strong leadership skills — able to mentor and manage other technicians. State certifications required. Master-level diagnostic, repair, and problem-solving skills. Experience with fleet service is a plus. Own tools and keep them in excellent working order. Comfortable using advanced scan tools and shop management software (TekMetric experience a plus).
