HardHat is currently interviewing for a long-term position for an experienced CNC Machinist/Programmer- this position is located in Cocoa Beach, Florida. Pay is up to $35/hour Federal Background and US Citizenship is required This position requires enthusiasm to learn & requires excellent work ethic. Basic Qualifications: 3+ years programming CNC Machines & reading G-Code CNC Mills or Lathe experience-at least 3+ years hands on experience High School Diploma or Equivalency Certificate Federal Background check is required Preferred Skills: Mastercam 2019+ experience Fanuc, Hurco & Haas machine tool controls Renishaw probe experience Proficiency with precision measurement tools Lathe, knee mill experience as well as other machinery Job Scope- not limited to the following: Complete machining operations from drawings, blueprints, verbal & written instructions Operate, setup & prove out programs on equipment such as CNC Lathe, manual Mill/lathe & other equipment Program & machine high precision, quickturn & reoccuring production jobs with the same attention to detail Enforce clients procedures, processes & safety culture while working collaboratively across several teams with a team mentality at all times HardHat offers direct deposit, weekly pay, health benefits, 401K as well as other great benefits.
