Maintain performance and productivity standards. Follow a standard of excellence across the team. Training will be provided for such as forklifts and pallet jacks to organize product in the warehouse. Personal Skills Required: Ability to plan and carry out daily agenda with limited supervision, proven ability to multitask, ability to left 50lbs, ability to interact with employees at a variety of levels, excellent communication skills, rapid response to issues, and attention to detail. Required to pass Drug Test, Background Check and 3 year Motor Vehicle Record check

These positions will be assisting with the production of concrete barrier walls, drop basins, and concrete pipes.
