You should have strong communication and planning skills, be willing to meet the physical demands of the position and comply with all safety, medical, and dietary directions. Monitoring clients wellness reporting any developments or concerns to appropriate parties like doctors or family members. Paychecks are processed weekly via direct deposit or payroll card. It is a simple, straight forward, hiring process with a fair amount of paper work and document signing (via emails) However it "may" take up to 60 days before being fully approved, hired and ready to work. Depending on your desire to work, attention to detail and communication skills you could do it in half that time. (It's up to you!)
