We are looking for a person to join our maintenance team. • To assist Property Management in all aspects of repairing problems in such areas as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, major appliances, carpentry, emergency systems, flooring, hardware accessories, masonry, painting/wallpaper, water features, waste management systems and light snow removal on sidewalks, roofs and driveways. • High School diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred. • 1 year experience in property management maintenance. • Able to frequently use general maintenance tools, supplies and equipment such as, but not limited to, hand tools, pressure washers, blowers, paint equipment, ice removal equipment, ladders, landscaping equipment, sanders and safety equipment. • Must have valid Driver’s License. • Physically able to move at least 50 lbs. without assistance. Description: The Field Supervisor is a part time, seasonal position that runs from October through April. Snow and ice experience is preferred, but if you have great communication and management skills, we will provide training to the right candidate. We provide new F250 or F350 fully outfitted truck with V-Plow and Polycast de-icing units. We have a car rental business near the SeaTac airport. Renters can rent our cars via Turo app. For car delivery, we drive the car from the parking lot to the airport parking garage. After the trip once the guest drops off the car, we bring it back to the parking lot. This job requires cleaning, driving and communicating with the guests.
