You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing the implementation of technology solutions such as network infrastructure, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and more. Project Planning, Coordination and Implementation: • Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timeline, resources, and budget. • Coordinate with internal teams (technical, sales, support) and clients to ensure project objectives are clear and achievable. • Define project milestones and monitor progress against them. • Assist team in completing the work as necessary to complete the project on time. Experience: • 3+ years of experience managing IT projects, preferably in a Managed Service Provider environment. • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud services, cybersecurity, and networking. • Proven experience working with various project management methodologies • Experience with ConnectWise Manage is preferred but not required Certifications: • PMP (Project Management Professional) or Prince2 certification is a plus. • ITIL certification is beneficial. Skills: • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Proficient in project management software • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
