Looking for full time groundskeeper and maintenance caretaker for our residential home. Daily duties would include yard and landscape maintenance, year round pool maintenance, interior and exterior maintenance. Many other misc things to do such as: Painting Basic electrical Basic plumbing Window cleaning Occasional interior cleaning Garage cleaning Weed and landscape maintenance Basic construction repair and or installation (doors, windows, trim, sheetrock etc) Special construction projects (occasionally) Pool maintenance and cleaning upkeeping $25/hr paid in cash (full time $50,000-$70,000 yearly) Mon-Fri and occasional Saturday optional Would like previous experience with electrical and plumbing, some construction and good common sense.
