Our cuisine delves deeply into Tuscany’s coastal traditions, presenting flavors shaped by the region’s storied maritime history and centuries of trade. Guests will savor a coastal menu that celebrates the simplicity and depth of Tuscan food. The menu further highlights Tuscany’s celebrated ingredients, including the prized Cinta Senese pork with its distinctive flavor, the iconic Bistecca alla Fiorentina, and a vast selection of handmade pasta dishes that honor Italy’s rich culinary heritage. About the Position: We are looking for pastry cooks interested in becoming responsible for all types of Italian baking and dessert production. Our ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in high quality restaurants, and/or bakeries. You will learn how to make all types of traditional and unconventional Italian pastries, breads, confections, and more. Experience with bread baking as well as restaurant production is highly preferred. Become part of shaping the direction of an evolving program!
