POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: The Bellman / Valet greets arriving guests at the hotel's front door and assists with hotel check-ins and check-outs as well as dining valet for our two restaurants, Grill 225 and Pavilion Bar. Bellman / Valet assist guests with exiting their vehicles by and will assist guests with luggage handling at the time of arrival and at the check-in process. Bellman / Valet will be responsible for escorting hotel guests into the property upon arrival and assisting with the check-in process at the guest services check-in desk. Bellman / Valet is responsible for luggage delivery to the guest's room, and with orienting the guests with the features and functions of their guest room. Bellman / Valet will be responsible for attending to the needs of hotel guests throughout the duration of their stay upon request. Bellman / Valet assists guests with the check-out process by handling the guest's luggage upon request, then loading their vehicle for departure. Bellman / Valet is responsible for ensuring that the guest's departure is smooth, warm and hospitable. Bellman / Valet will be required to perform all functions of their job to a high luxury standard.
