Coconut Contracting is a growing, residential landscape maintenance and irrigation company. We’re seeking a reliable and detail-oriented professional to take on the role of Office Manager / Bookkeeper. This person will become the central hub of our office operations - supporting field crews, clients, and ownership while keeping our books and systems accurate and organized. The Office Manager works closely with the company owner to ensure the financial and administrative side of the business runs smoothly. Experience in the landscape industry is preferred or similar industry. - QuickBooks Online proficiency is a must - Spanish speaking would be helpful - Is highly organized and process-driven, with a knack for keeping multiple tasks moving. - Will learn to use our Jobber CRM system - Enjoys problem-solving and finding ways to make systems more efficient. - Communicates clearly with clients, vendors, and team members (bilingual English/Spanish is a plus). - Thrives in a small business environment where flexibility and taking initiative are key. - Support owner with administrative tasks, reporting, and project coordination.
