Our client, a growing manufacturer in the metals and plastics industry is seeking a Front Desk / Office Coordinator to join their team in Tyngsboro, MA. This is a full-time, 100% on-site, temp-to-hire role with hours Monday-Thursday 8:00-4:30 and Friday 8:00-3:30 (with a 30-minute lunch). Compensation ranges from $25-$30 per hour, depending on experience. Qualified and interested candidates are encouraged to apply today for immediate consideration. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the first point of contact at the front desk, answering phones and directing calls. Handle mail distribution, check deposits, and filing. Assist with vendor invoices, packing slips, and account reconciliations. Enter and maintain accounting records and spreadsheets for AP, tariffs, and sales taxes. Provide support with billing, payments, and general office tasks. Act as backup for other office staff when needed. Candidate Qualifications: Associate's Degree in Accounting (preferred). Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (preferred). Strong organizational and communication skills. Professional demeanor with ability to maintain confidentiality.
