Qualifications / Requirements: • Past experience in fabrication or forklift operation may be useful. • GMC trains employees extensively, so eagerness, energy, and desire to build a career are most important, and result in opportunities and advancement. • 10 hour shifts (M-F) with some 8 hour Saturday shifts are common, and a shift incentive is paid to the select employees working on GMC’s 2nd Shift. We are looking for caregivers who are willing to work in Berkeley and caregivers who live outside who can arrive in Berkeley within 30 minutes. We’re especially interested in working with caregivers who accept IHSS Shifts vary and are available 7 days a week. Shifts can be short (1-2 hours) or long (6-12 hours).
