Skills and Qualifications Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a journeyman body technician in a collision repair environment. Proficiency in using industry-standard tools and equipment, including welders, frame machines, and hand tools. Strong knowledge of repair techniques, bodywork, and alignment methods. I-CAR certification is a plus. Ability to read and follow repair plans, damage reports, and manufacturer specifications. Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality repairs. A route service manager drives to customer locations in a 26' foot Bobtail truck loaded with containers. At each customer location, they unload empty containers and swap them with full containers using pallet jacks, carts and dollies.
