Key Accomplishments • Create, maintain, and update day-to-day operational systems and processes, measuring progress against goals and determining where additional efficiencies may be built into the systems. • Manage budgets, resources, staff, ensuring efficient daily workflow and quality control. • Develop maintenance plans for the company’s physical space that ensure function of the space and effectiveness of individuals. Identify and manage internal employees and external contractors. • Manage supply chains, vendor relationships, procurement processes, and logistics plans to enable efficient acquisition of required materials, equipment, supplies, as well as efficient and cost effective transport or products to customers. • Develop and maintain subject matter expertise in organizational design and management/measurement systems What You’ll Do • Implement, improve, monitor, and manage day-to-day operational systems and processes • Manage the company’s physical space • Work with project managers in the development of financial and budgetary plans • Adhere to the company’s policies and standards, and ensure that laws and regulations are being followed • Establish and maintain a trusting, inclusive, and productive environment • Oversee procurement • Become and/or maintain subject matter expertise in process improvement, organizational design, and management/measurement systems. Duties: – Create programs and nests for Bystronic and Amada Laser, based on customer PDF/STP files. – Create programs and nests for Amada EMLK Punch/Laser Combo. Requirements: – 2 years of SolidWorks experience. – Experience with SigmaNest is helpful. – Strong knowledge of manufacturing sheet metal parts – Knowledge of flat pattern layout and laser machines – Excellent attendance history – Ability to work in a team oriented, fast-paced environment This is a full-time position. We have an opportunity for an experienced CNC Citizen Lathe Machinist looking for a 6-9 month, short duration assignment filling in for a machinist on leave. Start immediately for training and work through the end of March 2026.  Possibility of extending employment beyond March 2026 for the right candidate willing to transfer full-time to nights or weekend days (plus shift differential). $29-31 hr. Shift: Days, Monday=Thursday, 6:00 am - 4:30 pm With possibility of moving to Night or Weekend days by extending full-time employment beyond the 6-9 months with additional shift differential. Experience Required: 3 yrs. PURPOSE: Program, set up and operate the CNC Citizen Lathe. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Set up and run machines Schedule and prioritize jobs for CNC Citizen Lathe Check stock for materials needed for jobs Alert Production Manager about parts that need to be ordered Checks tooling on machines Assist in quoting jobs for the Swiss Machine Maintain the fluid levels on machines Grind tools for Lathe OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Train other employees on operation of various CNC lathes, if needed. Perform other duties as assigned MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: This position typically requires 3 years experience as a CNC Lathe Machinist. Proficiency in math.
