Late for the Sky is a 40 year old board game manufacturer in the Woodlawn/Evendale area. We now have a role as an OFFSET PRINTING PRESS HELPER with the intent to be trained as a pressman. Basic graphic arts skills will assist in your day to day training and operations. Day shift only. We are looking for an assistant who is mechanically inclined, energetic, and reliable. Your job is to keep our facility safe, neat, and running smoothly. Every day you will complete the tasks on our facilities checklists and take care of any issues that arise. Can you speak English fluently? You will Assist our Facilities Manager. Since we are a cabinetry shop, experience with woodworking equipment in a manufacturing facility is ideal. Are you able to drive a forklift? Do you have a valid drivers' license? Do you have a good attitude about work? Can you deal with co-workers professionally and in a friendly way? Do you have your own tools, including wrenches, screwdrivers, sockets, and pliers? Skilled CNC Lathe Machinist for machining low volume / low quantity parts. Must be able to program and make parts start to finish at the machine; conversational / G Code. Must be able to read prints, understand and hold tolerance. Expert use of calipers, micrometers, thread wires, etc. Looking for an organized, self-motivated individual with hustle, wanting and willing to learn and improve!
