We are seeking motivated persons who have 5 or more years experience building decks, stairs, railings and related outdoor living components. Seasoned framers can be trained quickly. If you have experience with composite decking, aluminum railing that's a great start. We will invest the time and money to train anyone who thinks they can perform at a high level. An eye for quality and willingness to produce efficiently while managing two team members. Reliable truck for hauling tools, basic tools and valid drivers license are required. Maintain equipment and supplies (brushes, sprayers, ladders) in good condition. Ensure the team has supplies needed at all times — designate a helper for runs or go themselves if necessary.
